Ingredients
Main:
1 salmon fillet
1 packet tofu (small 1-pax size)
Umami Sauce:
½ tbsp miso
1 tsp mirin
½ cup water
1 slice butter
Toppings:
Chopped spring onions (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
1. Prep the base
Slice the tofu and lay it neatly on a steaming-safe plate.
2. Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix miso, mirin, and water until fully dissolved.Drizzle the mixture evenly over the tofu.
3. Add the salmon
Place the salmon fillet directly on top of the tofu with 1 slice of butter.

4. Steam
Steam for 8 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked and still moist.
5. Finish & serve
Scatter spring onions or sesame seeds on top.Serve hot with rice or enjoy as a light protein bowl.
