Ingredients
1 packet chicken wings (about 6 pieces)
1 orange, sliced
Marinade:
1 cup fresh orange juice (store-bought is fine)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp honey
Instructions

1. Prep the wings
Cut two slits on each chicken wing to help the marinade absorb better.
2. Marinate
Place chicken wings into a clean bowl.Pour in orange juice, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, and honey.Mix well until evenly coated.Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

3. Prepare the air fryer tray
Slice the orange and lay the pieces evenly on the air fryer tray.Place the marinated chicken wings on top of the orange slices.
4. Air fry
Air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes, flipping the wings at the 10-minute mark to ensure even cooking.
5. Serve
Remove when the wings are glossy, sticky, and deeply caramelised.
