Ingredients (Portion great for 2 pax)
300g boneless chicken meat
1 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp corn starch powder
8-10 slices ginger
6 slices of shiitake mushrooms
A small handful of cordyceps flowers
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken
Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks.Add ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil.Mix well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

2. Add mushrooms
Just before steaming, mix in sliced shiitake mushrooms and cordyceps flower.

3. Steam
Transfer everything to a steaming plate. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
4. Serve
Serve hot with rice and drizzle the natural juices over the top.
