Ingredients:
5 white or small potatoes, sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika powder or chilli powder

1/2 tbsp black pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F), (no fan).
In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
