🧾 Japanese Style Cauliflower Hot Dog Soup

sServings: 2-3


🥘 Ingredients:

  • 3 hot dogs, sliced

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower, broken into florets

  • 1/4 radish, thinly sliced

  • 500ml water

  • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • A pinch of black pepper


🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add sliced hot dogs, cauliflower florets, and radish slices. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly browned and fragrant.

  3. Pour in 500ml of water. Add chicken stock powder and salt.

  4. Cover with a lid and bring the soup to a boil.

  5. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for 7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  6. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
