1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
1 bowl of prawns (about 8 pieces), peeled and deveined
½ Tbsp garlic, finely chopped
½ Tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
A pinch of black pepper
(Optional) Chopped green onions for garnish

1. Sauté the Garlic: In a frying pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
2. Cook the Bell Peppers: Add sliced bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for about 4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
3. Add the Prawns: Toss in the prawns and light soya sauce then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for about 4–5 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through.
