  1. Prep the base

    Line a 12-cup muffin tray with cupcake liners. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until evenly coated. Press about 1 tbsp into the bottom of each liner. Chill while preparing the filling.


  2. Make the filling

    In a bowl, beat cream cheese, whipping cream, and condensed milk until smooth and medium peaks form. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and ensure no lumps remain. The texture should be thick, not runny.
